How do I track my order?

Your order can be tracked from the point of your order, to the moment it reaches you! The only thing you need is the billing email and the order ID – assuming that you paid for a tracked delivery!

Do you have a returns and refund policy?

Yes we do! You can view the entire refund policy: here. To summarise, one may receive a refund if the order has been damaged in some way on arrival with proof of damages given. You can also receive a refund if the items have not been shipped yet.

How long until my item is delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 days from point of ordering and delivery is usually 1 working day at a minimum. These values could be more, or less, depending on stock levels and the shipping option!

What will I get in my mystery box?

I couldn’t possibly tell you the EXACT items you will get in your box, but you can get a rough idea by the product image – as it shows some of the possible items that one could get in the box! I can tell you this however – there is a 100% chance that the items you receive will be of equal or greater value than the price of the box!

How secure is the website?

This website uses what is known as a PositiveSSL, which stands for Positive Secure Socket Layer. This is what gives this website the “padlock” icon, next to its URL. This means that the connection between you and us is always secure – so you can feel at rest!

Erm, are you stealing my data?

This is a tricky question. We have a privacy policy: here, but In short, we don’t “steal” your data – although we do have to use it AND share it with 3rd party sites – not for advertising or anything like that – but for the payments to work, for cookies to work, if you are a first time user, username + email (only if you entered it somewhere). We have no choice to do this – and it’s out of my control anyways – so even if I wanted to, I could not disable the majority of them!

What can and can't do on your site?

To start – you can use some common sense! If you are trying to “hack” into my site- that is not allowed! There are other boring things, which you can read in our terms of service page linked: here!

How do you make a profit if all the items in the box, equal the price of the box?

Ok ok ok. A business has got to make money. We purchase the items ourselves at a slightly (about 10 pence, depending on the item) lower price than one would normally be able to get them. This is because we buy our products in bulk, and there are special discounts available for people like us!
