UK Standard Delivery starts at just £4.50 and is available for all orders between 0kg and 1.5kg in weight. All UK Standard Delivery orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which Royal Mail aim to deliver all parcels within 2-3 working days. This service is fully trackable, you will receive updates via SMS as well as by Email; you can also download the Royal Mail App to track your order. We aim to deliver all parcels on the next working day but guarantee that ALL parcels are delivered within 5 working days. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed over the weekend but not dispatched until Monday. DPD Next Working Day Delivery is available for all orders between 0kg and 30kg in weight, the price is calculated at the checkout and can vary depending on the weight of your order. This is their premium Next Working Day service that is full trackable from start to finish – your tracking number will be attached to your order dispatch email. DPD aim to deliver all parcels on the next working days but guarantee that ALL parcels are delivered within 5 working days.

Please note that all orders dispatched on Friday with DPD Next Working Day delivery won’t be delivered until Monday.

To summarise, one may receive a refund if the order has been damaged in some way on arrival with proof of damages given. You can also receive a refund if the items have not been shipped yet.
